Return and Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, no cancellations or modifications will be permitted.
Refunds may only be issued at the sole discretion of Sweets by Steez LLC and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any request for cancellation or refund outside the 24-hour window will be denied.
For Cake + Sip Experiences, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made, your booking is final. No refunds, credits, or changes will be granted for cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts. By purchasing a Cake + Sip experience, you acknowledge and accept this policy fully.
Chargebacks and Disputes:
By completing a purchase with Sweets by Steez LLC, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all charges. Any chargebacks or disputes initiated with your payment provider will be contested vigorously. In the event of a chargeback, you may be subject to additional fees, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover funds, damages, and any associated costs.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return for any reason, including but not limited to:

If the product is used, altered, or damaged after receipt.

If the product has been custom-made, personalized, or altered.

If the cancellation request is made after the allowed time frame.
